State of the Art Datacenter
All of XSI Hosting’s servers are co-located in the SolutionPro datacenter in Boise, Idaho, which is one of the least natural disaster prone areas in the country, and has been ranked as one of the safest cities in the United States.
The carrier neutral SolutionPro datacenter is fully redundant and has bandwidth from ELI (Electric Lightwave, Inc., recently acquired by Integra Telecom), Time Warner, and other leading providers. The network is designed for fault tolerance and survivability and utilizes HSRP and BGP4 to ensure fault tolerant routing. For further redundancy, SolutionPro also has fiber connections from Qwest and a DS3 connection to the Seattle Internet Exchange. |

- Physical access to the data center is controlled and monitored electronically, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Lockable cabinets
- The pre-action dry-pipe fire suppression system protects the entire data center, in the event of a fire, while eliminating the possibility of a false alarm.
- All racks are seismically braced, high strength steel racks from APW.

Redundant Systems |

- Power service is backed by a parallel-redundant 500KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system and one 850KW diesel generator with 96 hours of diesel fuel on-site and guaranteed refueling contracts.
- All racks and cages are serviced by one or more 20 amp, 120 volt AC circuits.
- SolutionPro's N+1 redundant Liebert Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) systems produce ideal environmental conditions for servers and related components.
- Ambient temperature is maintained at 72 degrees F (+/- 2 degrees) and relative humidity at 45% (+/- 5%).

High End Server Configurations |

All of XSI Hosting’s servers contain dual Opteron 2212 processors, 4 GBs of Crucial RAM, and 4 x 73 GB Fujitsu Enterprise SCSI Drives in a highly redundant RAID10 configuration. The servers can easily be upgraded to support an additional 4 73 GB SCSI drives and up to 64 GB of RAM.
Our servers run Windows Server 2003 Standard X64 Version or RedHat Enterprise 4.x. Servers utilize either Plesk (Linux and Windows) or cPanel, both of which are leading control panels in the web hosting industry.
For clients requiring superior database options, XSI Hosting can offer MSSQL 2000 and 2005 Workgroup, MySQL 4.x and 5.x, as well as PostgreSQL. If you require an alternative database type, we are happy to work with you individually to develop a customized solution.
